Home Health Aides

Certified home health aides assist with bathing, dressing, personal care, meal preparation and other nursing care as directed by and under the supervision of a skilled nurse.

Medical social services

Social worker will assess and remedy social environment and emotional factors which relate to the patient's health problem and utilize appropriate family and community resources for adjustment and rehabilitation.

Dietary Counseling

Assists in evaluating the patient's nutritional needs and planning for home dietary management. Counsels patient and/or family in the home when neccessary. Charts nutritional services rendered for patient and participates in the performance improvement programe.
